How to Apply for Training at AVTEC

  1. Fill Out Your Application
  2. Pay Your Application Fee
    • You may make out a check or money order to AVTEC and mail it to the Admissions Office;
    • Or you may call the Admissions Office to make a payment by Visa or Master Card
  3. Long-term Students: Submit a Copy of Your Photo ID to the Admissions Office
  4. Long-term Students: Submit a Copy of Your Diploma or Transcripts to the Admissions Office
  5. Long-term Students: Take Your Entrance Test
    • All students must take the TABE , which is available throughout the state.
    • If you are not near a testing center, call the Admissions Office to arrange for a test to be sent to you.
    • If you have an Associates or Bachelor’s Degree, you may submit a diploma or final transcript instead of taking the TABE.
