Grievance Procedures for Students

Students with discrimination complaints or with other grievances have the right to forego the order below of filing a grievance and go directly to the top. We suggest that students start their grievance procedure to the individuals listed in the order that follows:

If the above steps have been exhausted without satisfaction or if you choose to go directly to the top, and if you think that you have been subjected to discrimination under Section 504, Title II, Title IV of the HEA, Title IX, or a WIA Title I-financially assisted program or activity, you may file a complaint within 180 days from the date of the alleged violation with:
