The Proficiency in Survival Craft (Lifeboatman) Online Course provides the necessary theory, exam and practical demonstrations required for an endorsement as a Lifeboatman. This class is offered in lieu of the Coast Guard exam. This STCW Course is approved by the U.S. Coast Guard. This class requires 2 days of in-person assessments with AVTEC. These assessments are conducted outside.
