The Rating Forming Part of a Navigational Watch Online Course is intended to provide the knowledge required for seafarers to perform as a Watch Stander. This STCW Course is approved by the U.S. Coast Guard. The online training portion must be completed prior to the in-person assessments. This class requires one day of in-person assessments with AVTEC. These assessments are conducted in the simulator.
