Annual Safety, Fire, & Hazing Accountability Report

AVTEC, Alaska Vocational Technical Center is committed to providing a safe environment for our students to participate in training programs to better support the economic growth and stability of Alaska. To this end, policies, procedures, and staffing levels are maintained to take every reasonable step to ensure the safety and security of individuals and property in and around the various AVTEC facilities. No matter how effective these actions are, however, all members of the campus community need to remain vigilant in being aware of their surroundings and taking reasonable measures to ensure their personal safety. This report is created, in part, to better make members of the AVTEC campus community aware of crimes that have taken place on or around the AVTEC campuses so that reasonable precautions can be taken to ensure the well being of our student body and campus community. test
