Virtual Presentation Information

Thank you for your interest in a virtual presentation of AVTEC. Here is a brief overview of what you should expect the reservation process to be, what will be in the presentation, and some guidelines.

To reserve a presentation, please contact AVTEC Admissions at [email protected], or call us at (907) 224-3322. When you contact admissions, they will go over our availability. Admissions is available to do presentations Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Once they have confirmed a date and time, they will then send you a confirmation email. Our virtual presentations can be customized to fit your needs.

• If you have a group that cannot make it down to Seward, we can set up a virtual presentation for them and can customize it for your timeframe and goals.
• We can do individual virtual presentations if you have a student that has a specific interest in one or two of our programs.
• We also offer an informal virtual lunch meet-up where we can be available to meet interested students during their lunch time to answer questions about AVTEC.
